Browns Claim Former Buccaneers Wide Receiver

The Cleveland Browns 2022 season may not be panning out the way that many expected, but they have a very bright future with superstars on both sides of the ball, but to take the next step and become true contenders in the AFC, they need to fill this team out with talented players.

On Wednesday, the team took a massive chance on a young player who many believe can be a starting receiver in the NFL, as the Browns claimed former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Jaelon Darden on waivers, and now that he seems to be past his injury issues, he could be a factor for Cleveland in 2022.

He hasn't yet proven he can be a reliable target on the outside, with just 8 catches for 69 yards in his young career, but with promising talent as a returner, he could become a very valuable piece in the future, so this was a move made by Cleveland with a potential special teams star down the road in mind.
