Cardinals Wide Receiver Was Limited In Week 16 For Being Late To Team Meeting

He was limited to 66 percent of the snaps in Sunday's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown did not start in Week 16 and was limited to just 66 percent of the snaps because he was reportedly late to a team meeting.

Brown appeared on the injury report with a groin issue last week, and was ultimately deemed questionable leading up to Sunday's game. The good news in this, however, is that this is probably a good sign that his injury was not as serious as thought.

The twenty-five-year-old told Arizona's in-house reporters that he'd been docked after Sunday's night game.

In 10 games this season in his Cardinals' debut, Brown has 60 receptions for 641 yards and three touchdowns on 94 targets.
