Cleveland Browns Defensive End Absent From Practice Again

Despite the return of DeShaun Watson and three wins in four games for the Browns, they couldn't quite do enough to get into the playoffs this season, and while there's plenty of reasons for that, the injury situation is certainly one that can't be ignored.

One player who's failed mightily to live up to expectations due to injury is pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney, who has managed just 2 sacks on the year, despite playing on a talented defence with Myles Garrett, who draws all of the attention.

On Wednesday, Clowney was absent due to a concussion issue, but after being cleared, he was today absent from practice once again, this time due to illness, but with several days before the Browns match up with the Washington Commanders, there's a good chance he is fit for this one.
