Injury Update On Titans Quarterback

He left Sunday's game with the injury.

Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said Monday that Ryan Tannehill will remain the team's starting quarterback on Saturday against the Houston Texans if he is healthy enough to play.

Tannehill left the team's Week 15 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers with an ankle injury but was able to return later.

Although it's good news that Tannehill was able to return to the game, the comments of Vrabel cast some doubt over whether the thirty-four-year-old will be able to play through his latest injury without having to miss some game action. As a result, his status in practice will be worth keeping a close eye on this week.

If Tannehill can't go this week, rookie Malik Willis will take over as the starting QB.

In 12 games this season, Tannehill has thrown for 2,536 yards with 13 touchdowns and six interceptions.
