New England Patriots WR Placed on IR

The New England Patriots have placed Scotty Washington on the injured reserve list. 

This is such tough news for Washington, as he just made his NFL debut with the Patriots on Christmas Eve. Yet, now his time on the active roster has to be put on pause due to this trip to the IR.

Nevertheless, here's to hoping that Washington has a speedy recovery and can get back into NFL action next season.
