Packers Linebacker Out For Season

The 21-day window has passed.

Green Bay Packers linebacker Tipa Galeai had his 21-day practice window close without being moved to the active roster, so he is now out for the remainder of the season.
The twenty-five-year-old linebacker finishes his season with four total tackles in five games. Galeai is in his second season, having recorded 16 total tackles (9 solo) and one sack over 12 career games.

He played almost exclusively on special teams when healthy this season.

Galeai was injured in the team's Week 5 game against the New York Giants, and he was ultimately placed on the injured reserve back in October. The Packers designated him to return on Nov. 9, but the linebacker was unable to get healthy enough to move back to the active roster in time.
