Seahawks Promote Running Back To Active Roster

Ready to make his Seattle Seahawks debut.

The Seahawks have elevated running back Wayne Gallman to the active roster from their practice squad for Saturday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Gallman will have a chance to make his 2022 season debut after being promoted to the Seahawks' active roster for the first time this season.

With Kenneth Walker and DeeJay Dallas both listed as questionable but expected to play, Gallman will likely function in a depth role and play mostly on special teams.

For his career, Gallman has 1,548 rushing yards and nine touchdowns on 366 attempts. He is a former fourth-round pick by the New York Giants in the 2017 NFL Draft.
