Cardinals To Interview Yet Another Bengals Coach For Their Head Coaching Vacancy

The Arizona Cardinals are looking into yet another Cincinnati Bengals coach in search of filling their head coaching vacancy.

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Cardinals have requested permission to interview the Bengals' offensive coordinator Brian Callahan for their head coaching vacancy.

The Cardinals are now the second team to request an interview with Callahan, who the Indianapolis Colts are also seriously considering for their head coach.

Since joining the Bengals in 2019, Callahan has compiled one of the most dominant offensives in the entire league, with the Bengals finishing top-10 in points per game each of the past two seasons.

While also working as an offensive coordinator, Callahan has spent three seasons as a quarterbacks coach, from 2016-2018, which is likely very appealing to the Cardinals as he could work well with QB Kyler Murray.
