The Houston Texans add some depth.

The Texans have signed running back Gerrid Doaks to a reserve/future contract.

Doaks will return to the Texans' organization in 2023 after spending the 2022 season on and off of the team's practice squad.

The twenty-four-year-old is still looking to make his NFL debut after being drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He'll now look to secure a role on the Texans' offense for next season.
