Los Angeles Chargers Sign Safety

The Los Angeles Chargers have signed safety Mark Webb to a reserve/future contract.

The Chargers previously waived Webb back in August but have decided to give him another opportunity to earn a larger role.

Webb dealt with a knee injury during training camp and was ultimately waived due to the issue. He spent the 2021 season on the Chargers' practice squad, appearing in seven games and recording three total tackles.

The former 2021 seventh-round pick appears to be healthy now and will look to find a larger role leading up to next season.
