New York Jets Re-Sign Veteran Safety; Released Him In December

Well, this is very surprising.

The New York Jets have re-signed safety Will Parks to a one-year contract.

Parks was released by the Jets in December, much to the approval of many fans, but he will be back with the team to start 2023.

The twenty-eight-year-old made one start for the team this season, appearing in 11 games, recording five total tackles while playing both safety positions and also seeing some time at cornerback.

A former sixth-round pick by the Denver Broncos in the 2016 NFL Draft, Parks has registered 194 total tackles, two sacks, two forced fumbles, four interceptions and 14 passes defended across 86 career games.
