NFL Rumors: Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Target Veteran QB

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are going to be a team to watch this offseason, as Tom Brady could very well be moving on from them. In the scenario where this does come to fruition, the Buccaneers are expected to make a push for Derek Carr.

Carr's time with the Las Vegas Raiders came to a close after they had the veteran sit out the final weeks of the season. Now, the high-impact QB will be aiming to find a new home from here and have more success in the process.

When noting that Carr is a three-time Pro Bowler, there's no harm in the Buccaneers pursuing him if they lose Brady. Alas, we will need to wait and see if he becomes their starter from here.
