The Steelers have signed running back Jason Huntley to a reserve/future contract.

Huntley spent the preseason with the Philadelphia Eagles before he was released as part of the team's final roster cuts before the start of the season.

Huntley then spent time on and off of the Steelers' practice squad before he finished the season on it.

The twenty-four-year-old running back has played just six career NFL games, carrying the ball 18 times for 70 yards with no scores.

Huntley is a former fifth-round pick by the Detroit Lions out of New Mexico St. in the 2020 NFL Draft. The third-year running back will look to fight for a role on the team's active roster heading into the 2023 season.
