Denver Broncos Request To Interview Seahawks Coach For DC Role
After the shock trade and subsequent announcement that saw the Denver Broncos acquire Sean Payton to be their next Head Coach, the questions immediately came regarding the future of his staff, and while Ejiro Evero currently remains the Defensive Coordinator, there's a chance that Payton will look to make some changes.
They've already requested to interview Brian Flores, and on top of that, they'll now look to Seattle Seahawks associate head coach Sean Desai, who has been a rising defensive coach in the NFL since his first year back in 2013.
With so much talent on that side of the ball, it's key for Denver to find the right man to lead them alongside Payton, and if they can find that and fix Russell Wilson, this will be a very dangerous team come 2023.The #Broncos requested to interview #Seahawks associate head coach and defensive assistant Sean Desai for their defensive coordinator job under Sean Payton, source said.
