NFL Rumors: Carolina Panthers To Make Tight End A Priority This Off-Season

The Carolina Panthers have been one of the most active teams in the NFL thus far in the off-season, naming a new Head Coach in Frank Reich and bringing in a star Defensive Coordinator in Ejiro Evero, and now their attention turns to the field where they have a good shot at the NFC South crown in 2023.

With free agency and the NFL Draft in the coming weeks, there's plenty of opportunities for this team to improve the roster, but there's one particular area that Reich will reportedly be honing in on, and that's the tight end position.

Over the years as a coach, Reich has always featured a pass catching tight end like Zach Ertz and Eric Ebron, and if they can combine a solid run game with a tight end and D.J. Moore, a young QB may be able to come in and thrive immediately if all goes well.
