Tampa Bay Buccaneers Interview Lions Coach For Offensive Coordinator Role

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fired Offensive Coordinator Byron Leftwich early into this off-season, but are still yet to find his replacement, and while there's still plenty of names out there, it appears that they're no closer to finding the next man to lead this offence going forward.

While they've been in on some of the bigger names this off-season, they're also casting a very wide net, and this week, that net has included Detroit Lions Assistant Head Coach Scottie Montgomery, who could be a solid, under the radar pickup.

Montgomery spent two seasons in Indianapolis before signing with Detroit earlier this off-season, so it's unlikely he'll be the next Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator, but if they go that route, he's clearly got the talent to fill the role well.
