NFL Rumors: Cleveland Browns To Target Star Safety In Free Agency

The Cleveland Browns 2022 year was one marred with controversy, injuries and inconsistencies, but now that they are settled, this off-season will give them a chance to bounce back in a big way in a very tough AFC North in 2023.

Now, as we count down the days until free agency officially begins, they reportedly have their eyes on several big names, but perhaps the biggest of all is former Philadelphia Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson.

After being acquired by Philly last year, Gardner-Johnson went on to have a terrific season, racking up six interceptions and being a difference maker on one of the best defence's in the league, and with Myles Garrett up front, this could become an elite squad.
