NFL Rumors: Las Vegas Raiders Could Make Shock Trade For Young QB

After nine seasons in the NFL, the Las Vegas Raiders officially gave up on Quarterback Derek Carr this off-season, but with an offence that's built to win now and in the future, they need to find themselves a starter that's ready to compete with them.

While they've been linked to the likes of Aaron Rodgers and Jimmy Garoppolo already this off-season, there's now a new surprising entrant into the race, as the team have now been linked to New England Patriots QB Mac Jones, especially considering his connection to Josh McDaniels.

It appears unlikely that the Patriots would move their young starter, but the chatter increased in NFL circles at the combine, so it's a story that's certainly worth keeping an eye on as teams look for clarity at the most important position on the field.
