NFL Rumors: Seattle Seahawks Will Consider Drafting A QB At The Top Of The Draft

The Seattle Seahawks shocked the NFL world this past season when they made it to the playoffs as a Wild Card squad, and while the emergence of rookie defenders like Coby Bryant and Tariq Woolen played a major role in that success, it was the career year of veteran Geno Smith that influenced the team the most.

It appears they are attempting to re-sign Smith to a long-term deal this off-season, but now, it has been reported that the team will still consider taking a Quarterback high in the upcoming 2023 NFL Draft as they look to solidify the present and the future.

With names like Anthony Richardson, Will Levis and C.J. Stroud potentially available, this would make sense for their long-term future, but if they plan on bringing in Geno Smith on a contract longer than three seasons, it's a questionable one, so we will wait and see how it all pans out.
