Houston Texans Sign Young Pass Rusher
The Houston Texans have taken a massive step forward this off-season, as they've found a Head Coach of the future and picked up some players that will be key to the future of this franchise, and now, they've continued adding solid veteran names.
That Head Coach comes from a defensive minded background, so it's no surprise to see the Texans looking to build that way, and on Friday, they made another solid move, as they officially signed pass-rusher Jacob Martin to a one-year deal.
Martin is a familiar face too, as he spent three seasons with Houston from 2019-2021, before playing in New York and Denver a season ago, and while he's not a household name, he has been consistent throughout his career, and will no doubt bring a lot of positive energy and influence to this defensive unit.Reunion: The #Texans are signing pass-rusher Jacob Martin to a 1-year deal, source said. He played on the edge for Houston from 2019-2021 before landing with the #Jets and #Broncos last year.
