Indianapolis Colts Rookie Named Week One Starter

The Indianapolis Colts went into the 2023 NFL Draft looking to find their Quarterback of the future, and they did just that with their first-round pick by landing Anthony Richardson, a talented young QB from the Florida Gators.

Many draft analysts claimed that Richardson was a project and would likely sit for a season, but after impressing in practice and playing in game one of the pre-season, the Colts have now officially named the rookie their starting QB for the regular season.

The Colts certainly come into the season as an underdog in the AFC South, but with a great offensive line and a talented group of weapons, if Richardson can step up and make plays in his rookie year, we may be looking at a very, very fun team.
