NFL Trade Rumors: Potential Asking Price For Dolphins' Tyreek Hill Revealed

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill reacts during 2025 game.

Tyreek Hill may still be a Miami Dolphin—for now—but trade speculation around the All-Pro wide receiver isn’t going away.

While Hill is participating in team activities and drawing praise from Dolphins coaches for his energy and leadership, multiple reports suggest Miami is seriously weighing the option of moving him this offseason, especially with a bloated contract looming in 2026.

Dolphins' Tyreek Hill Trade Price Could Be Two Day 2 Picks

According to Bleacher Report’s Brent Sobleski, Hill could fetch a 2026 second-round pick and fourth-round pick in a potential deal.

That return would fall short of the massive haul Miami gave up to acquire Hill from the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022, but it reflects his age (31), recent production drop, and the financial hurdles tied to his deal. Hill is due $27.7 million this season and a staggering $51.9 million in 2026—figures the Dolphins are unlikely to keep on their books without a restructure or trade.

While teams like the Las Vegas Raiders have emerged as logical suitors due to their WR needs, any deal would likely wait until after June 1 for cap reasons. Despite reports of Hill saying "I'm out, bro" at the end of the 2024 season, coaches insist he’s been fully engaged this offseason.

Still, with Miami shifting its roster and other veterans like Jalen Ramsey also on the trade block, flipping Hill for draft capital and financial flexibility may be a smart long-term play.
