Seattle Seahawks
Seattle checks the most boxes. They have the cap flexibility to absorb Crosby’s deal and the kind of win now roster that makes “one final piece” trades feel logical. The Seahawks can also sell Crosby on immediate stakes, which matters when the frustration is about wasting prime years on a rebuild.

Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers fit the timing argument. Justin Herbert is in his prime, key pieces are still on rookie deals, and a blockbuster defensive add is the fastest way to tilt the team into true contender territory. If Las Vegas is demanding multiple premium picks, Los Angeles can justify it if the front office believes Crosby is the swing that changes January.

Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore is the most direct “this fixes our problem” match. Multiple reports and proposals have centered on the Ravens because their pass rush production has not matched their championship expectations, and adding Crosby instantly changes how offenses have to game plan. One proposed framework even floated a massive draft haul plus a receiver coming back to Las Vegas, which is the kind of package that at least gets the Raiders to pick up the phone.
