NFL Rumors: Panthers & Colts Linked to Potential Trade
The Carolina Panthers should not be done making moves this offseason. When looking at their roster, it is clear that they have some areas to improve if they hope to be among the top teams in the NFC next season.
One specific area that the Panthers should be looking to improve at is the cornerback position. Because of this, the Panthers are now being linked to a notable trade candidate.
In a recent article for Bleacher Report, Alex Kay predicted that the Panthers will strike a deal with the Indianapolis Colts to acquire veteran cornerback Kenny Moore II.
When looking at the Panthers' current roster, it makes sense that they are being linked to Moore. He would have the potential to give them a nice upgrade at the cornerback position and would also provide them with a good mentor for the team's younger players.
In 14 games during this past season with the Colts, Moore recorded 1.5 sacks, one interception, and 55 combined tackles. This was after the nine-year veteran had 78 combined tackles and three interceptions during the 2025 campaign with the Colts.
With numbers like these, it would make sense for the Panthers to try to land Moore this offseason. Let's see if Carolina can successfully acquire the one-time Pro Bowler from here.
