San Francisco 49ers Release Defensive Tackle

The San Francisco 49ers have one less player, as they have released Robert Nkemdiche.

Nkemdiche was heading into this season with the expectation of making the 49ers' regular-season roster. Unfortunately for him, that did not occur, so now he will be aiming to find a new home before the start of the 2022 season.

Nkemdiche has appeared in 38 career NFL games over five seasons, where he has recorded 59 combined tackles and 4.5 sacks.
