Washington Commanders Running Back Shot, In Stable Condition

Overnight, Washington Commanders rookie running back Brian Robinson was shot multiple times in a carjacking attempt, but a representative of DC Police confirmed to the Washington Post that he is in stable condition. Team officials are with him in hospital right now, and the injuries are considered non life-threatening according to the Commanders, who released a quick statement shortly after the incident.

There only update on Robinson's condition came from Head Coach Ron Rivera, who put out a personal statement on his Twitter about the matter.

Here's hoping that Robinson makes a full recovery, and can get back onto the football field in no time.
