Buffalo Bills Provide Promising Update on Injured Cornerback Dane Jackson

The Buffalo Bills shared some comforting news regarding their young cornerback early Tuesday morning. The team announced cornerback Dane Jackson avoided major injury following a frightening collision on Monday Night Football that necessitated an ambulance coming onto the field:
Initially, Jackson appeared to have suffered a potentially catastrophic injury, so word that he's doing alright should come as a huge relief to anyone who witnessed the disquieting scene. The third-year cornerback had been an ascendant talent in the league, finally earning consistent starting duties entering the 2022 season.

With Jackson's long-term health no longer in jeopardy, the Bills and their fans can finally revel in their dominant 41-7 win over the Tennessee Titans and look forward to a massive AFC East clash against the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. The Bills will lean a little harder on backup cornerbacks Kaiir Elam and Taron Johnson while Jackson recuperates.
