Baltimore Star Tight End Not Practicing Wednesday

The Baltimore Ravens have been putting in solid performances thus far in 2022, but for whatever reason, they just haven't managed to finish games, and it's left them with a 3-3 record and a tie for first place in the AFC North, instead of the dominant position they should be in. One of the reasons for that is a lack of star power on the outside, but one player who has consistently stood up for this team week in, week out is Mark Andrews, who has been arguably the best tight end in the NFL this season, and is on pace for a career year.

Unfortunately for Baltimore, Andrews wasn't among the players practicing on Wednesday, and with a crucial divisional matchup against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, they'll need all hands on deck to give themselves the best shot to remain in first place in the division.

The team has signed DeSean Jackson, so they'll have another new weapon very soon, but right now, beyond Lamar Jackson, Andrews is this teams best offensive player, and missing him would significantly change this offence. It's not clear exactly why Andrews is out yet, and it could be a regular day of rest, but if he does somehow miss the crucial Week 7 clash, it would be devastating for Baltimore.
