Panthers Running Back Officially Active In Week 4

The Carolina Panthers picked up their first win in Week 3 over their division rival the New Orleans Saints, and ahead of the team trying to get their record to 2-2 in Week 4, they've received some good news. On the morning of their battle with the Arizona Cardinals, the Panthers announced that star running back Christian McCaffrey is officially active, and with the banged up Cardinals coming to town, a big day from No. 22 could turn the tides of this Panthers campaign.

McCaffrey struggled in Week 1, with just 30 yards on the ground, but added a Touchdown, and since that point, he's logged back-to-back 100 yard rushing games, and if he can do so again, it will help Baker Mayfield as he tries to establish himself as the starting QB of this young squad.

Christian is one of the most talented players in the entire NFL, but struggles to stay healthy, as his past two seasons have been derailed by injury, and while he's featured on the teams injury report almost every week, he's not yet missed a game, a very positive sign for Carolina. Week 4 will be no different, as McCaffrey is once again good to go, and after two very good weeks, there's a good chance that this is the week he steps up and shows again why he's one of the best backs in the NFL.
