Ravens Activate Two Linebackers Ahead Of Week 9

The Baltimore Ravens swung big on Monday, just a day before the NFL trade deadline by acquiring Roquan Smith from the trade deadline, but the good news for the Ravens linebacker group didn't stop there, as they officially announced that both David Ojabo and Tyus Bowser had been activated.

Neither are guaranteed to play on Monday night against the New Orleans Saints, but it's a huge boost regardless, as this, along with acquiring Smith could make this one of the most well rounded teams in the entire NFL for the second half of the season. This defence now has fantastic players on all three levels, and with Bowser and Ojabo, they now have the depth and versatility, along with Smith and Patrick Queen now have the exceptional ability to make offensive units miserable.

With a 5-3 record, the Ravens are a game up on the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC North, and if they can get healthy on the offensive side of the ball, this could be a very strong Super Bowl candidate in the AFC, but all of that rests on health.
