Injury Update On Titans Starting QB

The Tennessee Titans have been going with rookie Malik Willis for the past two weeks, who has thrown 20 passes in two games combined with the team going 1-1 in that time, but if they are to take the next step in the playoffs, they'll need veteran Ryan Tannehill back. In their victory over the Indianapolis Colts, Tannehill sprained his ankle, and hasn't played since, but today, thankfully for Titans fans, they've received the biggest updated yet on his situation.

While he wasn't looking mobile throughout practice, Tannehill took to the field for practice on Wednesday, which is a massive step in his progression, but with a matchup against the very tough Denver Broncos defence upcoming on Sunday, it's going to be a tough choice to make for Head Coach Mike Vrabel ahead of a crucial matchup.

Tannehill isn't a star QB by any stretch, but he's led this team to a great amount of wins in recent years, and if he can come back and keep Derrick Henry rolling, this is a team that could be very dangerous to watch going forward.
