49ers Sign Linebacker

They cut him last week.

Now, the San Francisco 49ers are re-signing linebacker Curtis Robinson to their practice squad.

Robinson has featured solely on special teams this season. For his career, the twenty-four-year-old has six total tackles over six games. He's spent time with the Denver Broncos and the 49ers.

The linebacker was an undrafted free agent out of Stanford. In four seasons at Stanford, he recorded 143 total tackles, four sacks, one interception, five passes defended, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

Robinson was originally released in order to make room for the return of Javon Kinlaw from the injured reserve.
