San Francisco 49ers Star Could Return To Practice This Week

The San Francisco 49ers have been one of the NFL's hottest teams in recent weeks, and with Brock Purdy playing like an Offensive Rookie of the Year candidate, this is a team that no one wants to play down the stretch, so it comes as bad news for potential playoff opponents that they're potentially about to get much, much tougher.

According to Head Coach Kyle Shanahan, star wide receiver Deebo Samuel is making great strides in his return from an ankle injury, and is a very good chance to return to practice this week, and with two weeks before the playoffs, getting him back would be a massive boost.

It hasn't been the best year of Deebo's career with the constant turnover at Quarterback, but he has still tallied 54 catches for 612 yards and 2 Touchdowns, and with how well the offence has played under Purdy, a return will be huge for their chances to finally capitalize on their talent on the way to a Super Bowl push.
