Kansas City Chiefs Sign DT

The Kansas City Chiefs already have their playoff spot secured, so they are rolling into Week 18 without much to worry about. Yet, even with this being so, they have made a roster move, as they have signed Daniel Wise to their practice squad.

The Washington Commanders recently waived Wise, but now he has already found a new home with a far better team in the Chiefs. Yet, now that he has been signed to their practice squad, his primary goal is to impress at practice. If he does, it could very well lead him to being promoted to their active roster for the final game of the season. From there, perhaps he could even get into some playoff time, too.

Overall, there's no real harm in the Chiefs taking a chance on Wise. We will have to wait and see if he can end up making their active roster before the year is over from here.
