Tampa Bay Buccaneers Head Coach Confirms Center Won't Be Ready For Week 18

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers saved their season in Week 17 with a win over the Carolina Panthers, officially punching their ticket to the 2022 playoffs, and with their talent seemingly all getting healthy, this is a team that could play spoiler come playoff time.

One of their most important players is on the mend however, that being centre Ryan Jensen, who was reinstated from Injured Reserve ahead of Week 17, but unfortunately, Head Coach Todd Bowles confirmed today that he wouldn't return for Week 18, but will be likely for the first week of the playoffs.

Ryan Jensen continues to practice with the Bucs offensive line today as well. Bowles had said he doesn't expect Jensen to be ready to play Sunday, but each day is progress as he comes back from a July knee injury.

That's not been confirmed yet, but his progress continues, and if he can come back for their playoff run and provide Tom Brady protection, we saw what can happen in Week 17, as they become a team that few in the NFC will want to play.
