Two Key Cleveland Browns Absent From Wednesday Practice

The Cleveland Browns season is one game from a disappointing end, but with so much promise shown since the return of DeShaun Watson, there's renewed optimism in this franchise for the future, and two key players for that future are cornerback Denzel Ward and tackle Jack Conklin.

Unfortunately, on Wednesday, ahead of their regular season finale against the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers, with a chance to play spoiler, both men were absent from practice, which isn't a good sign, especially for Watson, as he could use all the protection possible up front.

While both still have a good chance to play in Week 18, it's not a good sign for this team, as both men have missed several games in 2022, but with just one game to go, it's likely that they may be kept out for the future, but it's a situation we'll keep an eye on going forward.
