Tennessee Titans to Interview Buffalo Bills Pro Director for GM

The Tennessee Titans will look to an AFC rival for a potential new leader in their front office. According to SI's Albert Breer, the Titans are interviewing Bills director of pro personnel Malik Boyd for their general manager vacancy.

Boyd joined the Bills in 2017 along with current general manager Brandon Beane. Together, the pair compiled one of the league's best rosters. The Bills have ranked in the top three for points scored and points allowed in each of the past two seasons. Beane and Boyd also oversaw the acquisition and development of superstar quarterback Josh Allen.

Prior to latching on with the Bills, Boyd worked with the Arizona Cardinals in different capacities from 2005 to 2017. He was the assistant director of pro scouting when the team won 24 games from 2014 to 2015, their most in a two-year period in franchise history.

Boyd has been a huge part of two major franchise turnarounds and is likely overdue for a premier front-office opportunity. He could be a great addition to a Titans franchise hoping to reestablish its winning ways. The team finished with a winning record in six consecutive seasons from 2016 to 2021 before stumbling to a 7-10 mark this past season.
