Kansas City Chiefs Running Back Inactive For Super Bowl LVII
The Kansas City Chiefs are just moments away from appearing in their third Super Bowl over the past four seasons, and this past week, they seemingly got a major boost as third year running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire was activated off Injured Reserve, and did not appear on the teams Friday Injury Report.
Today however, the team officially made him inactive for the biggest game of the season, opting to go with Isaiah Pacheco and Jerick McKinnon, the two players who have filled that void incredibly well over the past few months.
With Pacheco and McKinnon, along with a great group of wide receivers and the best tight end in the NFL, this team is looking better than ever, and if Patrick Mahomes can be at his best, there's few teams that can stop Kansas City.#Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire, just off IR, is officially inactive for Super Bowl LVII.
