San Francisco 49ers Confirm Star Receiver Isn't Available

Last off-season, it was looking more and more likely that the San Francisco 49ers and wide receiver Deebo Samuel were potentially going to part ways, but they eventually gave him a long-term extension, but now, rumours have surfaced again about his availability.

In recent days, reports have come up that the Patriots have been in contact with the 49ers, and yesterday, the team confirmed that the Patriots have not been in contact, and that Samuel is not going to be traded, which is great news for 2023.

The #Patriots have not contacted the #49ers about trading for WR Deebo Samuel, despite recent rumors saying otherwise.

The team will come into the season with a big Quarterback battle between Brock Purdy and Trey Lance, so having a No. 1 weapon like Samuel on the outside will be a huge help from them, and it appears he'll indeed be around for a long time.
