Legendary NFL Superstar Passes Away At Age 87

The NFL was built into the powerhouse it is today on the back of some of the most iconic athletes in the history of sports, with arguably the greatest of all being legendary running back Jim Brown, who led the way in the early days of the league.

Today, at 87 years of age, one of the best running backs in NFL history passed away, leaving behind a fantastic family and legacy, and will no doubt be remembered for the rest of time as one of the pioneers of the NFL that inspired many a generation of young football players.

In nine years at the NFL level, Brown racked up 12, 312 yards and 106 Touchdowns, as well as 2,499 receiving yards and 20 Touchdowns, and while there's been some incredible backs come through the league since, none did it quite as well as Brown. R.I.P to a legend.
