Pittsburgh Steelers Star Wants Former Teammate Reinstated To The NFL
Over the past decade, we've seen plenty of players suspended and out of the league for disciplinary reasons, as well as talent reasons, but two of the biggest names that fall under the former category are wide receivers Martavis Bryant and Josh Gordon.
With the relaxing rules in the NFL around drug use, specifically marijuana when it comes to both of these men, Bryant's former team-mate Cam Heyward has spoken out in support of the former star wide receiver, saying that he believes the NFL should reinstate him.
Bryant had a solid campaign in 2023 with the Las Vegas Vipers in the XFL, and has shown that when given the chance, the talent is still there, but with the NFL suspending him indefinitely, it's hard to see them changing their mind anytime soon.Update: #Steelers Pro-Bowler Cam Heyward is advocating for former teammate Martavis Bryant to be reinstated into the NFL after an indefinite drug suspension that began in 2018.https://t.co/hdfwLhuAvC pic.twitter.com/YcpSQq0J1m
