Buffalo Bills To Release Guard

The Buffalo Bills are set to release Jon Feliciano.

With this move, the Bills will gain $3 million of cap space for the offseason. When seeing as how they are looking to go on a real run this upcoming season, gaining any amount of money is a good thing for them.

After playing a handful of seasons as a backup for the Raiders, Feliciano found himself a home in Buffalo's starting lineup. He impressed the franchise so much in his first two years that he landed himself a three-year, $14.4 million contract last offseason from them. Yet, after plenty of injury trouble, the veteran became a backup again this postseason. Thus, the Bills releasing him could have been predicted.

With Feliciano set to hit the open market, there should be plenty of teams in need of a guard interested in him. The 30-year-old has seven years of experience under his belt so that only heightens his value, too.
