NFL Rumors: New Suitor Emerges for Odell Beckham Jr.

Odell Beckham Jr. is one of the top free agents still available at this juncture of the offseason. Interest in his services have been increasing, as teams like the Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets, and Buffalo Bills have been connected to him. However, it appears that a new team is entering the mix for his services.

According to NFL insider Josina Anderson, Beckham Jr. is set to meet with the Miami Dolphins on Thursday (March 20).

It is not surprising to hear that the Dolphins are at least open to the idea of adding Beckham Jr. to their roster. There is no question that they could use another high-impact wide receiver, and signing Beckham Jr. would give them just that.

Beckham Jr. appeared in 14 games this past season with the Baltimore Ravens, he had three touchdowns, 35 receptions, and 565 receiving yards. Overall, the fit with the Ravens was not there, but perhaps joining the Dolphins could help get him back on track. He would have an elite quarterback in Tua Tagovailoa to work with.

We will need to wait and see if this meeting with the Dolphins leads to Beckham Jr. joining the Dolphins from here. On paper, it looks like there could be a good match, but time will tell if anything comes to fruition between the player and the team from here.
