Dolphins Place CB Jones On PUP List

The Miami Dolphins announced today that cornerback Byron Jones was placed on their reserve/physically unable to play list, meaning he won't be able to participate in a minimum of four games to start off the regular season.

Jones underwent surgery in the early offseason to address a lingering issue in his left ankle. Miami chose the side of caution when they sidelined their 2015 first-rounder throughout training camp but the rest he received proved to be insufficient as he still needs further recovery regain a full health status for his club.
