Cleveland Browns Wide Receiver Active for Week 14

The Cleveland Browns will have their leading wide receiver in the fold when they face the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 14. Wide receiver Amari Cooper is officially active after missing practice time this week with a hip injury. Cooper has started all 12 games for the Browns this season and leads the team with 61 receptions, 832 receiving yards, and seven receiving touchdowns. He was listed as questionable entering today's game because of a hip injury sustained in Thursday's practice.

Cooper's availability should help the Browns and recently returned quarterback Deshaun Watson put their best foot forward against their division rival Bengals. Watson was mediocre in his first start since the 2020 season, netting 130 passing yards and leading the Browns to a mere six points and 14 first downs in a 27-14 win over the Houston Texans. The Bengals will be the Browns' first real chance to announce themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the AFC North going forward.

Cooper joined the Browns earlier this year via trade with the Dallas Cowboys. The Browns sent the Cowboys a 2022 fifth-round pick and 2022 sixth-round pick in exchange for Cooper and a 2022 sixth-round pick. He has already proven himself an absolute steal for the Browns.
