Saints To Re-Sign P Gillikin

The New Orleans Saints are set to retain the services of punter Blake Gillikin, according to Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football.

Gillikin has spent his last two seasons with the Saints and has played all 34 available games. He averaged 46.4 yards on 77 punts last year. 

The 25-year-old kicker originally signed with New Orleans as an undrafted free agent on April 27, 2020 and was named the starting punter for the 2021-22 season after the team released their veteran starter Thomas Morstead that offseason.
