Chargers Wide Receiver Officially Out In Week 4

The Los Angeles Chargers are coming off a big time loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3, and if they can't get the offence rolling in Week 4 against the Houston Texans, there's a decent chance that another upset is on the way. Neither unit for the Chargers played well in Week 3, especially with the injury sustained by Justin Herbert a week earlier, but if healthy in Week 4, we should see a big bounce back from this offensive unit.

Unfortunately, it appears that they'll have to do so without their biggest weapon, as Keenan Allen has today been officially ruled out of the road trip to Houston, meaning that once again, Mike Williams will need to step up and show the Chargers and the world why he can be one of the best No. 2's in the entire league.

Allen has been out since the Week 1 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders, and if he can't get healthy soon, this offence could continue slipping, and for a team with genuine Super Bowl aspirations in 2022, he's certainly a huge loss for this team. Allen has tallied at least 990 yards a season over the past six years, becoming the true No. 1 on this team, and if he can't be there for Herbert, this team could slip in a very talented AFC West division, in which they currently sit third with a record of 1-2.
