Baltimore Ravens Defensive End Not Expected To Play On Sunday

The Baltimore Ravens have already clinched their place in the 2022 NFL playoffs, but with just one game separating them and the Bengals for the AFC North crown and home field advantage in Week 1 of the playoffs, they'll be pushing hard for a 2-0 finish to the year, but that just got a whole lot harder today.

Ahead of the Sunday Night Football clash with their biggest AFC North rival the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team were hoping to see veteran defensive end Calais Campbell return for the first time since Week 15, but according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, that return will now be delayed a week.

On the year, Campbell has contributed to what's become an elite defence, with 5.5 sacks in his 15th season at the NFL level, and if he, along with Marcus Peters can get back, this is a defence that no team in the AFC wants to see come playoff time.
