BREAKING: Packers Fear Micah Parsons Suffered Torn ACL

Green Bay Packers defensive end Micah Parsons helped off field after suffering injury in 2025 game.

The Green Bay Packers got hit with a brutal gut punch Sunday, and the Micah Parsons torn ACL fear is now the biggest concern.

Parsons went down with a non contact injury to his left knee in the second half against Denver, immediately grabbing at it before heading to the locker room.

Early reports from league insiders suggest an ACL tear is possible, with further testing set to determine the full severity.

What happened to Micah Parsons vs. Broncos

The play itself looked ominous. Parsons was in pursuit, took an awkward step, and pulled up without any contact. He was later ruled out, and video clips circulating online caught him appearing to say “I’m out” while still on the field.

If the ACL is confirmed, Green Bay is looking at a season ending loss for the centerpiece they paid a massive price to acquire.

This season, the 26-year-old has recorded 39 total tackles (18 solo), 12.5 sacks, and one forced fumble over 13 games. Last season, he also played 13 games and recorded 43 total tackles (30 solo), 12 sacks, and two forced fumbles.

Packers pass rush plan if Parsons is out

If Parsons cannot go, the trickle down is immediate. Green Bay will have to lean harder on Rashan Gary and the rest of the edge rotation, with Lukas Van Ness, Kingsley Enagbare, and depth pieces picking up more snaps and more pressure to win one on one.

It also forces the coaching staff to manufacture pressure more often with stunts, simulated looks, and extra rushers, because replacing that kind of disruption is not a one player solution.
